How to Place a Heading

• To add a new Heading block, search for “Heading” block in left sidebar and select “Heading” block result to add it to the page.
• To change a Paragraph text block to be a Heading block, click on the Paragraph icon in the block’s floating toolbar and select “Paragraph” from the list of transform options.

Hierarchy Rules

• Only use H1 headings for the page title
• Use H2 headings for section titles
• Use H3 for secondary headings within sections
• Change heading type by clicking on the H value in the block’s floating toolbar and selecting a different value (ex. H2, H3, H4, etc.)

Heading Sizes

You can select an alternative heading size by selecting a Heading block and changing the “Font Size” value in the right sidebar’s “Typography” settings.

How to Place a Paragraph

• To add a new Paragraph block, search for “Paragraph” block in left sidebar and select “Paragraph” block result to add it to the page.
• To add a new Paragraph block after an existing Paragraph block, click on the end of the existing Paragraph block and hit “Enter” on your keyboard. This will produce a new Paragraph block.

Changing Paragraph Size

You can select an alternative paragraph text size by selecting a Paragraph block and changing the “Font Size” value in the right sidebar’s “Typography” settings.

Paragraph Size Rules

• Body Level 1 – Use for lead text only
• Body Level 2 – Use as default paragraph text size
• Body Level 3 – Use for narrow content areas such as cards or gridded content
• Body Level 4 – Use for details or subtext within cards or gridded content
• Body Level 5 – Use for fine print and footer text
